Creative Leadership: Building the Creative Organization

"Creativity is often thought to be an individual process of discovering new ideas. Building a creative organization, as a consequence, is often about finding and assembling the right creative talent. What is often missed here is that building a creative organization is much more about constructing an organizational culture that fosters creativity. It is about creating the conditions to unlock creative abilities. This talk will examine the ways in which organizational leaders build creative organizations."
